I, the undersigned, may rent each piece of equipment for up to three business days. I agree to return each item on or before the close of the third business day. I agree to pay the late charge plus any applicable taxes on each item rented and not returned by the due date. If payment has been made to rent the equipment for a longer period of time, it must return on or before due date listed. If said equipment are not returned or not returned in good condition and/or returned late, I authorize LA Balloons to charge my credit card and tender the deposit and charge the complete balance for the total retail value of the rented goods not returned, damaged, rented days owed, late fees and for any account balance due. I shall pay LA Balloons, established valuations and rates, for loss of or damage to any said equipment resulting from any cause after delivery thereof to me and until returned to LA Balloons. In the event that collection effort is necessary to collect any amount due to LA Balloons, I agree that such recovery shall include and not limited to late charges, equipment replacement costs and time-loss sales of said equipment, reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses including collection agency fees. A service charge of 1.5% per month applies to all balances past due. A $35 service charge will apply to all returned checks.
